Office 28 carries out building of the military, social and cultural and housing objects. During the last few years a special attention has been paid to the implementation of the program of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine concerning the building of habitation for servicemen and their families.
Office 28 has the highly skilled team of engineering and technical workers and specialists, its own base of building industry, a vehicle fleet and a base of building mechanization. There was created the own planning and design office. All this enables the personnel to fulfil any complex task in the process of building.
A clearness and harmony of work of all subsections of collective allowed to Management to execute the program of building of 2005 and put more than 500 apartments into operation. Engineering service The office director of works 28 takes part in the implementation of the state "Complex program of building of wind power plants", is the project owner of Tarkhankutska wind power plant with the power capacity of 70 MW, in Chornomorskyi district, Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
The wind power plant is the modern complex of engineering and technical buildings that include wind power facilities of domestic production with the capacity of 107,5 and 600 kW, transformation substations of 630-4000 kW, engineering networks 0,4-35 kW, air-tracks of electricity transmissions 10-110 kW, management and communication network. There have been prepared grounds of technical maintenance of wind power structures, access and technological roads. There was built the house of central control office of the station, repair workshops, domestic apartments for the personnel.With the commissioning of the first lines of Tarkhankutska wind power plant the office director of works 28 acquired the statute of not only building organization but also the producer of electric power.
Successfully taking part in the government programs of military, housing and wind power buildings the personnel of office director of works 28 faces the future with confidence and is ready to fulfil any task.
