Народився 21 квітня 1959 року. Після закінчення Академії цивільної авіації ордена Леніна з 1980 р. працював у Державному авіапідприємстві "Львівські авіалінії" на посадах штурмана та заступника начальника ЛС - старшого штурмана. З 3 червня 2005 р. - генеральний директор новоствореного підприємства - Державного підприємства "Міжнародний аеропорт "Львів" (ДАП "Львівські авіалінії" було реорганізовано шляхом виділення з його складу аеропорту, на підставі наказу Міністерства транспорту України від 19.12.2003 р. № 988).
Державне підприємство "Міжнародний аеропорт "Львів" є унітарним комерційним підприємством, заснованим на державній формі власності. Планує свою діяльність, визначає стратегію та основні напрями свого розвитку відповідно до галузевих науково- технічних прогнозів і пріоритетів, кон’юнктури ринку продукції, товарів, робіт, послуг та економічної ситуації; реалізує свої послуги за цінами, що формуються відповідно до умов економічної діяльності, а у випадках, передбачених законодавством України, - за фіксованими державними цінами.
Підприємство надає послуги аеропорту із забезпечення зльоту-посадки, стоянки повітряних суден, авіаційної безпеки, метеоконсультації та метеозабезпечення, обслуговування пасажирів (у тому числі VIP- пасажирів, пасажирів бізнес-класу та офіційних делегацій), а також інших спеціалізованих послуг транспортних терміналів та аеропорту. Крім того, підприємство надає послуги із заправки пальним повітряних суден, займається продажем квитків на всі види авіаперевезень, наданням транспортно-експедиційних послуг під час перевезень внутрішніх і міжнародних транзитних вантажів, наданням заявленого переліку послуг пасажирам і замовникам перед, під час та після польоту, а також надає послуги з приймання, обробки та зберігання вантажів, багажу та пошти.

In 1980 he graduated for the academy of the Civil Aviation ion Leningrad, he is a navigator -pilot. He got an appointment to the Lviv United Aviation Detachment. He flew the planes of An-24, 26, Il-18, Yak-42, Il-76 types.
Since June 3, 2005 he is a director general of the newly-built enterprise - the State Enterprise "International Airport "Lviv". The State Enterprise "International Airport "Lviv" (shortened - SE "IA "Lviv") plans its activity, determines the strategy and main directions of its development corresponding to the branch scientific and technical forecasts and priorities, conjuncture of the production, goods works, services market and economical situations; distributes its services at prices, which are former corresponding to the conditions of economical activity, and in cases, provided by the legislation of Ukrainian - at the fixed state prices. The SE "IA "Lviv" provides the services of the airport concerning provision of take-off and landing, stand for airplanes, operative technical maintenance, aviation safety, meteorological consultations and metrological provision, servicing of passengers (including VIP-passengers, business-class passengers, and official delegations) and also of other specialized services of transport terminals and airport. Besides, the enterprise provides the services concerning refuelling of airplanes, deals with sales of tickets for all the types of transportations, supplying of services in reception, processing and preservation of cargo and luggage. The SE "IA "Lviv" has a favourable position, it is almost in the centre of Europe, is an important chain in the system of internal Ukrainian and international aviation connections of the Western regions of Ukraine with all the regional centres of Ukraine, capitals and international airports of European, Asian, American, Australian, African countries. The geographical position of the SE "IA "Lviv" assist to the commercial activity of the European, America and other companies in Lviv, in the western region of Ukraine, what correspondingly contributes to animation of the Ukrainian economics at the expense of improving of infrastructure in servicingof juridical people, businessmen and tourists. The advantage of the airport is its near location to world famous resorts Morshyn, Truskavets and to the Carpathians.
