Відкрите акціонерне товариство "Автотранспортне підприємство № 12327" утворено 14 серпня 1958 р. згідно з наказом Міністерства автомобільного транспорту УРСР № 234.
Перетворено у відкрите акціонерне товариство 15.08.1997 р. згідно з наказом ФДМ України № 1151.
Основний вид діяльності: пасажирські перевезення на міських, приміських, міжміських та міжнародних маршрутах.
Підприємство має власну територію площею 8 га.
Виробничу базу складають автобуси марок
ЛАЗ, Ікарус, ПАЗ, ЛіАЗ, Богдан загальною кількістю
245 одиниць. Власний ремонтний та допоміжний комплекс (газова заправка, паливна заправка, мийка, їдальня, спортзал).
Частка підприємства у загальному обсязі пасажирських перевезень у межах м. Запоріжжя складає близько 44 відсотків.
З 2006 р. підприємство почало оновлення рухомого складу автобусами ЛАЗ нового покоління, для надання якісних послуг на міжміських та міжнародних маршрутах.
На ВАТ "АТП № 12327" працює 375 робітників, завдяки яким підприємство багато років є регіональним лідером у галузі пасажирських перевезень.
Додатково ВАТ "АТП № 12327", співпрацюючи
з флагманом української металургії - комбінатом "Запоріжсталь", виконує роботу з перевезень працівників комбінату в цілодобовому режимі виробництва.
На сьогодні відкрите акціонерне товариство "Автотранспортне підприємство № 12327", долаючи всі труднощі буденного життя, має неабиякі перспективи розвитку основного виробництва та освоєння нових напрямів отримання доходів.
Open joint-stock company "Motor-Transport Enterprise № 12327" was founded on August 14, 1958 pursuant to the order of the Ministry of Motor Transport of the Ukrainian SSR № 234.
In accordance with the order of the Sate Property Fund of Ukraine № 1151 it was restructured into the open joint-stock company on 15.08.1997.
Basic activity type: passenger transportation on the urban, suburban, intercity and international routes.
The enterprise has its own territory with an area of 8 h.
The production base consists of the busses of the brands LAZ, Ikarus, PAZ, LiAZ, Bohdan, all in all 245 items. There is the own repair and maintenance complex (gas filling station, fuel station, car washing, canteen, gymnasium).
The interest of the enterprise in the general volume of passenger transportations on the territory of Zaporizhia totals about 44 percent.
In 2006 the enterprise began to update the vehicle fleet with the new generation busses of LAZ, for provision of high-quality services on the intercity and international routes.
The OJSC "Motor-Transport Enterprise № 12327" employs 375 workers, due to which the enterprise for many years has been the regional leader in the sphere of passenger transportations.
Cooperating with the leader of the Ukrainian metallurgy the integrated works "Zaporizhstal" the OJSC "Motor-Transport Enterprise № 12327" additionally carries out work on round-the-clock transportations of the workers of the company in accordance with the production mode.
At present the open joint-stock company "Motor-Transport Enterprise № 12327" overcoming all the hardships of the everyday life, has great prospects for the development of basic production and mastering of the new lines of profit receiving.
