Автосервісний Центр "Побутрадіотехніка" починав своє існування у 1995 р. з трьох робочих автомобілів для перевезення різної побутової техніки і приладів, а також комплектуючих до них. Це назва, якій вже 11 років, - насамперед пам’ять про першого керівника Климця Анатолія Павловича і про сина нинішнього керівника Дмитра.
Підприємство, очолюване вже п’ять років Пижевичем Володимиром Петровичем, збільшило свій автомобільний парк у 100 разів!
Людина, за плечима якої більше 36 років відповідальної роботи в шахтопроходці, зміг створити команду ІТП, водіїв і ремробітників, злагоджена праця яких привела не тільки до високих показників роботи автопідприємства, але й до затвердження його на ринку підприємств-автоперевізників.
Про важливість автомобільної служби для великої компанії "Олімп", до складу якої входить автопідприємство, говорити не доводиться. Сотні тонн продукції, сировини і матеріалів щодня переміщаються по всій Україні та за її межі. Без чіткої організації і злагодженої взаємодії з партнерами про вдалий бізнес сьогодні
не може бути й мови. Наші постачальники та споживачі не вибачать непунктуальності і ненадійності - занадто жорстка конкуренція в галузі. Звідси - коло завдань, які визначають досягнення високого рівня автоперевезень, виходу на рівень 100% парку автомобілів Євро-3 і Євро-4, як найбільш економічного та конкурентоздатного.
Керівник Автосервісного Центру "Побутрадіотехніка" В.П. Пижевич ще у 2001 р. подумав про майбутнє підприємства, потенціал якого вже був не повністю затребуваний своїм відомством. Необхідно було шукати ринок надання своїх послуг. А для цього треба високоекономічний, елітний транспорт. Так відбулася перша поїздка в Бельгію, звичайно, за красенем Дафом, і не за одним, а за квартетом.
Отже, відновлення парку обумовило, відповідно, збільшення обсягу перевезень. Шляхами України "побігли" вантажні автомобілі АСЦ "Побутрадіотехніка" фірм "ДАФ", "Сканія". Чому керівник надав перевагу саме цим маркам? З дуже простої причини: моторесурс імпортних суховантажів - півтора-два мільйона кілометрів, а наші Мази, Крази витримують тільки 160 тисяч кілометрів. Володимир Петрович часто повторює: "Ми не настільки багаті, щоб купувати дешеві речі". Це не тільки практичний підхід, але й любов, і розуміння праці водія, для якого кабіна - будинок під час далекобою.
А яка якість імпортного автомобіля і напівпричепа! Адже один зерновоз об’ємом 56 кубів може за одну ходку перевезти 30-35 тонн зерна (такий обсяг потягнуть два Камази!), а зерно збережеться під час перевезення до зернятка.
Такі автомобілі мають потребу в "ніжній" турботі й догляді. Тому прозорливий хазяїн для забезпечення надійної та безаварійної роботи автотранспорту вирішив завдання розвитку підприємства повного циклу обслуговування, а отже, за допомогою "команди" впровадив такий комплекс технологічних процесів, що забезпечить виконання ремонтів будь-якої складності силами самого підприємства. ІТП і робочі зони АРМ до дрібних нюансів розібралися у двигунах - серці автомобілів - і можуть своїми руками усунути будь-яку несправність. Діють і свої агрегатна майстерня, металообробний цех, дільниця вулканізації й балансування коліс.
Господарство росте і шириться, одночасно ростуть і вимоги до якості обслуговування та експлуатації автомобілів. Але під керівництвом досвідченого керівника дружній колектив АСЦ "Побутрадіотехніка" готовий здолати будь-які перешкоди й вирішити найскладніші завдання часу.
У "невгамовного" керівника нові плани - вихід на рівень міжнародних перевезень під егідою Асмап, політикою та завданнями якого постійно цікавиться й підтримує. А вік - не перешкода!
The car service centre "Pobutradiotekhnika" began its existence in 1995 having three working cars for transportation of different household equipment and devices, as well as their components.
This brand name, which is already 11 years old, is first of all the memory of the first head Anatoliy Klymets and the son of the present head Dmytro. The enterprise headed for already five years by Volodymyr Pyzhevych has increased its motor-car fleet hundredfold! The man, having over 36 years of responsible work in the mine, succeeded to create the team of technical engineers, drivers and repair workers, the accorded work of which resulted not only in high performance indices of the car enterprise but also to its firm position at the market of motor transportation enterprises. There is no need to speak about the importance of car service for the great "Olimp" company, which comprises a car enterprise.
Hundreds of tons of products, raw materials are daily transported all over Ukraine abroad. Toady it is impossible to run successful business without proper management and concerted cooperation with partners.
Our suppliers and clients will not forgive the absence of punctuality and reliability because of really hard competition in the industry. All this results in the range of tasks which determine the achievement of high level of car transportations, a motor-car fleet that totally consists of Euro-3 and Euro-4 cars as the most economic and competitive one. Already in 2001 the head of the car service centre "Pobutradiotekhnika" Volodymyr Pyzhevych thought of the future of the enterprise, the potential of which was not fully demanded by its department.
It was necessary to find the market for granting of services. And for that purpose there was a need for highly economical, elite transport. In such a way there took place the first trip to Belgium for four DAF vehicles.
Thus, the renewal of park stipulated, accordingly, the increase of volume of transportations. Heavy trucks of the car service centre "Pobutradiotekhnika" produced by "DAF", "Scania" started appearing in Ukraine. Why did the chief prefer exactly those brands? The reason is very simple: the motor capacity of the imported dry-cargo carriers is two million km, and the capacity of our brands of Maz, Kraz amounts only to 160 thousand km. Volodymyr Pyzhevych often repeats: "We are not that rich to buy cheap things". It is not just a practical approach but also love and understanding of the work of driver, for whom a cab is a house during the long-distance run.
And the quality of the imported trucks and trailers requires special mentioning! In fact one grain-carrier with the volume of 56 cubic meters is able to carry 30-35 tons of corn (such volume is equal to two Kamaz trucks!) and corn remains safe during transportation. Such cars need "delicate" care and examination. That is why for provision of reliable and accident-free performance of motor transport the sagacious owner with the help of his engineering "team" advanced the enterprise into the full service and introduced such a complex of technological processes that would provide the fulfilment of repairs of any complexity with the facilities of the enterprise only.
Technical engineers and working areas of car-repair workshops studied the engines - the heart of cars - to the smallest detail and with their own hands are able to repair any failure. There is an own unit replacement workshop, metal-working shop, workshop of vulcanization and wheel balancing. The economy becomes increased and expanded; simultaneously there increase the requirements to the quality of services and vehicle operation.
But under the supervision of the experienced chief the friendly working team of the car service centre "Pobutradiotekhnika" is ready to overcome any obstacle and solve the most difficult tasks of the present time.
The "indefatigable" leader has new plans: entry to the level of international transportations under the auspices of Asmap, the policy and tasks of which constantly reveal his interest regardless of the age!
