У 1977 р. закінчив на відмінно Криворізький політехнічний технікум за спеціальністю "Тепловози
і тепловозне господарство".
У 1982 р. закінчив Дніпропетровський інститут інженерів залізничного транспорту за спеціальністю "Експлуатація залізниць".
З вересня 1988 р. по жовтень 1990 р. обіймав посаду першого заступника начальника служби руху Молдавської залізниці.
З 1994 р. - директор транспортно-експедиційної компанії ТОВ "Транссервіс-М".
У 2003 р. закінчив Українську академію державного управління при Президентові України, за фахом - магістр державного управління.
ДП ТСМ засновано в м. Кривий Ріг у вересні
1996 року як дочірнє підприємство молдавської експедиторської компанії АТ "Транссервіс-Максимум". Але з перших же днів роботи, з огляду на своє місцезнаходження, підприємство виділило свій напрям у ТЕД, пов’язане з обслуговуванням гірничо-металургійного комплексу України, і тому логічним стала реорганізація підприємства у 2004 р. в самостійне товариство з обмеженою відповідальністю "Трансервіс-М". Однак ТОВ "Транссервіс-М" зберегло дружні взаємини зі своїм засновником і входить до групи компаній "Транссервіс-М", де кожне підприємство має свій напрям у транспортному бізнесі і, разом з тим, працює як самостійне фінансове підприємство. Але в разі потреби кожен клієнт підприємств "Транссервіс-М" підпадає під опіку всієї групи компаній. Так, підприємство "Транссервіс-Модул" у Кишиневі працює
на ринку Молдови і Румунії, "Транссервіс-М" в Одесі спеціалізується на контейнерних перевезеннях і організує перевалку в портах, "Транссервіс-М" у Києві забезпечує експедирування транзитних вантажів.
В основу динамічного розвитку лягло розширення спектра послуг і мережі підприємств.
ТОВ "Транссервіс-М" з моменту свого створення пріоритетним завданням має надання повного комплексу транспортно-експедиційних послуг по залізницях СНД та Європи, що задовольняють потреби кожного клієнта.


In 1977 he graduated with an excellent record from the Kryvy Rih Polytechnic Technical School with "Diesel Locomotive and Diesel Locomotive Economy" specialty.

In 2003 he graduated from the Ukrainian State Management Academy at eh President of Ukraine, he is the master of state management by profession.
The SE TSM was established in Kryvy Rih in September 1996 as a daughter enterprise of the Moldavian forwarding company JSC "Transservis Maximum".
But since the very first days of the work, taking into account its allocation, the enterprise directed itself into TED, connected with servicing of a mining and metallurgical complex of Ukraine and that is why the reorganization of the enterprise in 2004 became logical, it was transformed into the independent limited liability enterprise "Transservis-M".
But the "Transservis-M" Ltd preserved rather friendly relations with its establisher and enters the group of companies "Transservis - M" where every enterprise has its own direction in the transport business and together with it works as an independent financial enterprise.
But in case of need the client of the "Transservis-M" enterprises will be taken care about by all the company groups.
Thus, the enterprise "Transservis-Modul" in Kishnau is working in the Moldavian and Romanian market, the "Transservis-M" in Odesa specializes in container transportations and organizes the port transhipment, the "Transservis - M" in Kyiv provides the forwarding of transit cargoes.
In basis of the dynamic development there is extension of service spectrum and enterprise’s systems.
