Yuriy Negrebetskyi was born on November 9, 1956 in Kirovsk of Murmansk region. Has a diploma of higher pedagogical education. Expert of education of Ukraine, recipient of certificates of the Ministry of education of Ukraine, Sevastopol city administration. Honoured worker of tourism of Ukraine.
In 2007 the Child’s Sanatorium and Health Centre "Laspi" celebrates its 50th anniversary.
Child’s Sanatorium and Health Centre "Laspi" is one of the most beautiful places of the South bank of Crimea - the Laspi bay (in 30 km from Sevastopol in the direction of Yalta ). The amphitheatre of the bay is protected from the north and north-eastern winds by the main spine of the Crimean Mountains.
The Mediterranean type subtropical climate is formed under the influence of the sea and mountainous relief. Winter is mild, summer is very warm, dry and sunny; the air humidity is 61%. Summer heat grows mild by the mountain-valley air currents and breezes. Due to the relief and natural factors the bay is the warmest place of the Southern bank of the Crimea (average annual temperature is +15 оС).
The health centre "Laspi" is located in a relict juniper grove and occupies an area of 24,45 h. The air is outstandingly clean, rich in phytoncides (airborne antibiotics), that provides prevention and treatment of lung diseases.
The sea in the Laspi bay is the cleanest one on the entire coastal line. The unique mild climate, versatile history and culture of the Crimea, the beauty of the surrounding landscape - that is all to make the rest of children interesting and effective in any season of the year.
The complex has the own beach with sands and pebbles, equipped with sun shades, dressing booths, rescue station.
At the health centre the children are taken care of by the skilled doctors and child-minders. Medical examination and preventive treatment according to the type of diseases of the upper air passages of non-tubercular character is carried out in the period from September, 15 till May, 15. In summer period the Child’s Sanatorium and Health Centre "Laspi" works as a health camp.
With the purpose of tempering of an organism and increase of the health level, all the children receive the beach procedures dosed upon the temperature load and bio-doses, and which are fulfilled with the account of the gradual increase of their influence on the organism of a child.
The Child’s Sanatorium and Health Centre "Laspi" has summer buildings with 4-5 children in a room, for the junior children - comfortable rooms for 8-10 persons of a block type.
Children are provided with the 5-meal catering.
The health centre organizes excursions around the historical places of the city-hero of Sevastopol, the South Shore of the Crimea, marine excursions, walking tours, visiting of naval vessels of the Black Sea fleet of Russia and the Naval forces of Ukraine.
Children will enjoy the well-equipped sport grounds (basketball and volleyball ones), soccer field, tennis courts. There are systematically conducted discos, amateur performances, movies, different competitions, such as "Star Show", "Knight’s tournament", "Laspi talents", Neptune holiday and many others.
