The firm "HALS" was found in November, 2001. The main direction of its activity is organization and conduction of various festivals-contests of children creation.
The firm is a tour operator and carries out tourist activity of tourists reception in Odesa and is engaged in organization of winter rest on the ski resorts of Slovakia, Poland, Romania and Ukrainian part of Carpathians.
The firm is actively engaged in organization of festivals-contests for children. It organized the festival forum "Suziria" ("Constellation") consisting of 4 constituents:
- International festival contest "Mountain constellation - Aspiration, Fantasy and Flight" that annually takes place on the foot-hills of High Tatras in Poprad (Slovakia) in March;
- International festival "Constellation of Vienna - Music, Harmony and Art" that is hospitably held in Vienna (Austria) in July;
- International festival contest "Sea constellation - Sun, Youth and Beauty" conducted in August in Odesa (Ukraine);
- International festival contest "Constellation of Budapest - Juvenescence, Inspiration and Talent" annually conducted in October in Budapest (Hungary).
During this Festival Forum-Project existence over 10 thousand children from 15 countries of Europe and Asia took part in it.
The management of the firm with the help of the International charitable supporting and developing fund of children creation "Barvinok" created by the firm conducts active negotiations with children organizations in order to attract talented children from Africa and Australia to the project.
The partners of the firm in realization of Festival Forum-Project conduction always were the Ministry of education and science of Ukraine, city administration of Poprad and Ke?marok (Slovakia), Varna (Bulgaria), Budapest (Hungary), Vienna (Austria), Embassies and consulates of Ukraine in the countries where the festival contests are held, National broadcasting company of Ukraine, broadcasting companies and news agencies of Bulgaria, Greece, Hungary, Slovakia, Austria, educational establishments, publishing houses, hotel complexes.
The most talented people of the world enter in the structure of Festival Forum-Project judges. The Head of the judges for many years is Anatoliy Avdiyevskyi, the Hero of Ukraine, people’s artist of USSR and Ukraine, academician of Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, professor, Director General and art director of National H. Veryovka Academic Ukrainian folk choir.
There are 5 professional workers with higher education that corresponds to the type of firm activity. All of them are the real patriots of the business, the city and the country.
The participants of Festival Forum-Project and tourists that at least once used the services of the firm "HALS" forever stay its clients or partners.
And the things came around so, that the following words became the motto of the firm: "Quality of services comes first!"
