Anatoliy Busygin has been managing the hotel complex "Odesa" since September, 2006. During the first months of functioning under his guidance there was conducted the reorganization of the system of personnel management and organizational structure. There were introduced the new automated management systems of hotel and restaurants, bought the new equipment, completed the major repairs in the office apartments.
Anatoliy Busygin has been for a long time known in Ukraine, in Russia and the far-abroad countries as a successful businessman disciplined by miscellaneous entrepreneurial activities. At the beginning of his activity Anatoliy Busygin personally took part in the creation of organization and management of several effective enterprises related to the foreign economic activity and representative services.
Constantly visiting foreign countries on business trips, Anatoliy Busygin always paid attention to the high level of culture of provision of tourist, hotel and restaurant services. In 2001 he created the top-level sanatorium and resort complex "Maritime resort Oreanda" on the seaside of the Sea of Azov in Berdiansk which is at present the favourite resting-place for the business elite of Ukraine and Russia.
For high professional achievements Anatoliy Busygin was conferred the rank of the laureate of the National rating-contest of professional achievements "Leader of Ukraine".
Pursuant to the decision of the independent incorporated board of trustees and the Presidium of the First Russian National Academy of Culture, Art Patronage and Charity Anatoliy Busygin was awarded the unique in Russia national people’s reward of the "Star of Creativity" order, as a sign of the people’s gratitude for creative work, active support and development of the best traditions of science and entrepreneurial activity.
According to the results of researches of the Institute of rating researches together with the Eastern-Ukrainian centre of economic researches and consultations Anatoliy Busygin was awarded the national prestige prize "Personality 2006" in the nomination "Leaders of industry and business" for the contribution to the development of the Ukrainian economy.
In January, 2006 the "Odesa" hotel was awarded the International prize for successes in the sphere of tourism, hotel business and gastronomy in Madrid (Spain). The director general Anatoliy Busygin was solemnly awarded the breastplate "Global European Quality", the rewarding certificate and a bronze statuette by the Spanish sculptor Isidro.
Today one can say for sure, that Anatoliy Busygin is the leader of not only his collective but also one of the leaders of the hotel business of Ukraine.
Its primary objective is to make the "Odesa" hotel the centre of business tourism in the region, to meet the international standard of 5 stars, actually to create the positive appearance of the Tourist Ukraine.
The hotel complex "Odesa" is one of the biggest hotels in Ukraine and definitely the biggest hotel in Odesa region. It was built in 2001 according to the international standards of "five stars".
The location of the hotel is outstandingly unique. "It must be seen", - as they say in Odesa. The hotel is situated not at the sea, though directly in the centre of the Odesa harbour, behind the Morvokzal (Sea terminal). From the three sides the hotel complex "Odesa" is surrounded by the berths for passenger liners and marine yachts. It will take you only 10 minutes to walk out of the hotel and, walking up the Potemkin Stairs, to take pictures at the Duc de Richelieu monument. 5 minutes more - and you already find yourself in the centre of Derybasivska Street. The hotel is situated in 30 steps from the Concert and Exposition Hall at the Morvokzal and in 50 steps from the Marine gallery of the Odesa port. The 19-storeyed building of the hotel with an area of 26 000 square meters resembles a ship, 158 comfortable rooms overlook the sea. The rooms are served round-the-clock.
The hotel complex "Odesa" is a wonderful place for work and rest. Harmoniously combining business style and interior refinement, the complex contains a hotel, conference halls with a business-centre, a banquet hall, restaurants and bars, shops with souvenirs and a pharmacy, a hairdresser’s parlour, a beauty salon, a laundry and a dry-cleaning. 1500 square meters are occupied by the pool and bathes, the fitness-hall and athletic halls with strength and cardio-simulators, massage rooms and solarium. You will be met here by the perfectly trained personnel.
For our guests we offer smorgasbord-type breakfasts, business-lunches and business-suppers in the "Black Pearl" restaurant.
In the "Panorama" restaurant, located on the 19th floor overlooking the sea, your will be offered the traditional Ukrainian and the European cuisine, meals made of fresh-caught fish.
The Bar "Cascade" is a spacious atrium with the glass ceiling and large stained-glass windows. There you will be offered a wide choice of drinks, fragrant coffee, cigars, as well as different desserts. You will be able to listen to the classic music in a quiet and pleasant atmosphere.
On the advanced order we will organize banquets (corporate holidays, weddings, birthdays) in the banquet hall "Lido". Our banquet hall allows conducting of activities for up to 300 persons invited.
For the participants of conferences our specialists have developed different variants of the menu for coffee-breaks and cocktails. It will be a pleasure for us to implement all your individual wishes.
The Conference hall, admitting up to 350 persons, is tooled up with the special equipment and wireless Internet. Here it is possible to carry out any activity - from a small counsel to a large conference. There are apartments for organization of the VIP conferences and negotiations at your disposal. In the hall it is possible to organize mini-exhibitions that would make your activity more attractive, and the work of the participants more fruitful.
There are top-level meetings, international congresses, conferences, scientific seminars, group tourism visits conducted on the basis of the hotel complex "Odesa".
The hotel is equipped with all the safety systems (including the automatic fire-prevention and extinguishing system), system of air-conditioning and ventilation, international and intercity telephone communication, satellite TV. There is Internet access in every room of the hotel. At the Lobby and on the business-floor there is introduced the WI-FI system (wireless Internet).
There is transfer to the air-port, organized bus route to the centre of the city and back; currency exchange, operations with cheques, ATMs at your disposal. Credit card payment is also possible.
According to the result of the National Business-Rating the hotel "Odesa" took the 4th place in Ukraine and the 1st place in the South region in the nominations: "Net revenue", "Productivity of work", "Salary" in the section "Hotels".
