By the resolution of the head of the regional state administration of June 9, 2005 No. 330-r "About Confirmation of the Structure of the Regional State Administration" the Main Industry and Infrastructure Development Administration of the Kirovohrad regional state administration (later on - administration) was created. The quantity of the workers - 32. The structure is added.
The main tasks of the administration are:
- provision of realization of the state policy in industry and electro-energetic, nuclear industrial, coal industrial and oil and gas complexes (later on - fuel and power complex), branches of transport and communication, conduction of organization measures concerning stabilization of work and increasing of production capacities of the enterprises of industry, fuel and power complex, transport and communication branches, forming of fulfilment of regional orders on the territory of the region;
- participation in development and fulfilment of state and regional programs of the development of industry, fuel and power complex, transport and communication branches;
- participation in fulfilment of state energy saving programs;
- provision of realization of state energy saving policy by means of fulfilment regional energy saving programs;
- participation in determination of current and perspective need in production manufactured and services supplied by the enterprises of industry, fuel and power complex, transport and communication branches in external and internal markets, development of programs, directed at mastering and output of import replacing production, rational use of fuel and power and other material resource, popularization of effective and sparing consumption of fuel and power resources;
- participation in creation and conduction of measures concerning improving of investment climate in the region for attraction of costs on the development of industry, fuel and power complex, transport and communication branches, realization of state investment policy in the energy saving sphere;
- making proposals concerning development of industry, fuel and power complex, transport and communication branches to the project of the program of economical and social development of the region.
