The administration takes part in preparation of conclusions concerning proposals of ministries an departments of Ukraine about building of new, extension and reconstruction of operating enterprises and organizations of transport, prepares the proposals concerning the plans of work of the regional state administration in the measures of its functional authorities.
The administration performs the functions of provision of state regulation of the activity of car, railway, air transport and carrying out of control of keeping of the subjects of business activity of any property form which transport passengers and cargos by any transport means, to the requirements of regulative acts, standards and norms which regulate the transportation of passengers and cargos. The administration organizes preparation and conduction of competitions for the transportation of passenger by car transport on the intercity and inner-regional and suburban bus routes of public use that go beyond territorial boarders of the district but do not go beyond the territorial boarders of the region.
Aiming at satisfaction of increasing demands of population for passenger transportations in the region a route network was formed. The route net of the region determines 324 routes, including 50 - intercity inner-regional ones, 187 - suburban and interregional. On the given routes 323 subjects of the business activity are working, among them - 291 private businessmen and 32 juridical persons. The gross weight of the private businessmen - physical persons in the total amount makes up 90.1%. The positive tendency in the market of provision of transport services is seen and offers of carriers almost fully satisfy the quantity of population, except the people from distant village inhabited localities.
The Industry and Infrastructure Development Administration of the regional state administration the new project of order "About Organization of Passenger Transportations by the Car Transport in the Region", which is located for the discussion on the web-site of the regional state administration. According to the order, the passenger carriers which on the legal basis use the buses of the corresponding class in the enough quantity can take part in the competition for the determination of the passenger carrier for the bus route of the public use. The main aim which was placed by S. Danylyuk during the preparation of the project of the order was the conduction of transparent contests, creation of healthy documentation that in the past was not followed at all. He formed the team of professionals which skillfully cope with all the tasks concerning improving and development of the car transport.
