Today the powerful basis for the training of the aviation specialists in Ukraine has the Kyiv National Aviation University which includes: the Kremenchuk Flying College; the Slavonic College; the Kryvyy Rih College.
Today the Kremenchuk Flying College of the NAU which is the higher educational institution of the II accreditation level, carries out the training in following directions:
Bachelor: "Exploitation of the Flying Vehicles", qualification "pilot", "Calculation and Audit", "Commercial Activity".
Junior Specialist: "Flying Exploitation of the Air Vehicles", qualification "flight engineer", "Exploitation of Aviation Electrified Complexes", "Technical Maintenance of the Air Vehicles and Aviation Engines", "Technical Support of the Means of Storing, Transportation and Refueling with Fuel and Oil Materials", "Accountant Audit".
Air crews of the college have accesses to:
- carrying out of international flights;
- mountain flights;
- building and assembling works;
- forest guarding works, smothering of forest fires and other types of works.
The college gas flight simulators of the cabin procedures of the helicopters Мі-2, Мі-8МТ, Мі-26Т and complex simulators of the helicopter Мі-8 KТV Мі-8. The training is carried out by the pilot-instructors and commanders with higher training and qualification of the 1 class pilot.
The leading disciplines for the international specialists can be taught in English without the help of interpreter. The college has the experience of training of foreign of the specialists not only on its own basis but in the country of customer.
Main activity types:
- training by the government contractual work and contract of the specialists for aviation and other branches of national economy;
- re-training of the specialist of the new aviation machinery and improvement of skills;
- training and retraining, improvement of skills of aviation specialists of the foreign citizens;
- teaching to the air crews of rules of conduction of the radio exchange in English by carrying out of the international flights;
- carrying out of the technical support of the aviation machinery;
- foreign-economical relations;
