Mariupol company "SEREP" was established in the February 1999. The sphere of activity of the departments that enter the company is different by its direction: these are scientific and technical developments, machine building production, building as well.
Now the company has on its disposal a powerful scientific research and production complex. It includes the production bases, a repair plant, a scientific and technical laboratory, and movable mobile block workshops.
At the enterprise the high-qualified engineers work, among which there are candidates and doctors of technical sciences. With their participation in 2000-2005 the range of regulative and technical documents for Ukraine and the CIS countries in the sphere of technical diagnosing and modernization of tanker wagons was developed.
The collective oft eh "SEREP" company is made up of high-qualified specialists and workers, including electric gas welders attested by the EN standards.
In 2004 the enterprise underwent the ISO 9001:2000 certification.
Now the "SEREP" Ltd works with the biggest enterprises of Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan, with firms from Germany, Hungary and the USA.
The "SEREP" company has a certificate given out by the council of the railway transport of the authorized specialists of the wagon economy of the CIS countries, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia for the right to carry out the works at expert examination and technical diagnosing of cargo wagons aiming at the determination of the rest resource with giving out of a conclusion about the prolonging of the useful use term.
Fro carrying out of works at customer’s area the "SEREP" company has on its disposal a movable laboratory of technical diagnosing equipped with all the necessary things, including multi-channel acoustic and emission complex, supersonic defectoscope, high pressure hydro-pump and other equipment.
In 2002 the enterprise masters new production capacities and began the serial output of diluted gas tankers, destined for the creation of networks of local gas provision of apartment house, production bodies and gas tanking car stations as well.
Main activity types: repairs and modernization of railway cargo wagons and tankers; technical diagnosing and prolonging of the term of useful application of the railway cargo wagons and tankers; production of containers and reservoirs for acceptance, preservation and giving out of liquid and gas products, including operating under pressure, controlled by the State Labour Protection Watch; expert technical diagnosing of container operating under pressure and other responsible metallic constructions; We are working by European standards and provide high efficiency of treaties which we are realizing!
