Communal enterprise "Vyshnivskvodokanal" was created on the basis of the production department of housing and communal economy of Vyshneve in 1995 to provide the citizens and enterprises of the town with centralized water-supply and drainage services.
Underground water supply point, which unties 45-150 m deep forty artesian wells with total power of over 600 m3/hour (bored on Poltava and Senomansky water horizons), is the basic water supply source of Vyshneve.
During 2004-2005 to provide the citizens with of clean drinking-water during emergency situations on the water pump stations in the town two well-rooms were built. In 2006 the documentation was developed and the project for building two more was inculcated.
The town is supplied round-the-clock with about 8 thousand m3 of drinking-water for the population and enterprises of the town.
The pumping equipment in CE "Vyshnivskvodokanal" is automated by pressure and day’s switching on schedule.
To preserve electric energy at the pump stations of the II upwelling pump aggregates with electric motors with less power were mounted for work at night-time giving a possibility for the enterprise to save up to 25 thousand kWt/hour per month.
The personnel of the CE "Vyshnivskvodokanal" maintain over 56 km of waterworks.
Lately the enterprise conducts the works at replacement of worn out plumbing networks with polyethylene pipes. For cleaning of pipelines from different sediments on pipes the hydro pneumatic washing is used giving high result of water quality increase.
For the control over drinking-water quality, its chemical and bacteriological composition in 1996 the physical and chemical bacteriological laboratory was created. The control points of drinking-water sampling were defined. The laboratory is attested in accordance with the requirements of the State standard of Ukraine. Today the population of the town has a possibility to consume high-quality artesian water round-the-clock.
The drainage system of Vyshneve consists of four sewage pump stations, two of which receive the flows of southern town part, and two - from over 52 km long northern and sewage networks.
The sewage pump stations No. 1 and No. 3 get flows not only from Vyshneve, but also from other settlements located round it.
Two sewage pump stations are equipped with the immersed pumps of the imported production of "WILO" firm giving considerable economical effect of electric energy consumption.

The strategic activities direction of the water canal for the improvement of water supply and drainage of Vyshneve is hundred-per-cent replacement of water-supply pipelines with pipes from polymeric materials, automation of work of pump aggregates with the automatic starting at the water-pressure stations, the centralized traffic control of underground water supply point work with displaying, replacement of home production pumps with immersed ones, implementation 100% girdling of all plumbing networks, construction of aeration installations.
