__Joint-Stock Company MMZ "Istil (Ukraine)" is one of the advanced metallurgical enterprises of Ukraine with capacity more than 1 million tons of liquid steel per year. Due to the investments were introduced newest ecologically pure technology of melt, refinement and pouring of steels here. In 2008 the factory has changed the owner: company Berycan Limited has got 100 % shares of Istil Group Holdings Limited whose structure includes Joint-Stock Company MMZ "Istil (Ukraine)". Company Berycan Limited represents interests of the investment company "Mir-Invest". "Istil (Ukraine)" produces uninterruptedly-cast square work pieces for roll and uninterruptedly-cast tubing workpieces, as well as hot-rolled round rolled metal from carbonaceous, constructional, high-alloy and corrosion-proof marks for mechanical engineering and bearing factories, piping, oil and gas industry, atomic engineering. Besides, "Istil (Ukraine)" has entered several factories in the CIS countries, making thermo-improved roll. The quality management system at the enterprise meets all requirements of international standard ISO 9001:2000. High quality of manufactured production of "Istil (Ukraine)" acknowledged by such authoritative international communities as TUV CERT, Germanischer Lloyd, Lloyd’s Register, Det Norske Veritas.

__In 2007 Joint-Stock Company MMZ "ISTIL (Ukraine)" has started preparation for introduction of ecological management system according to requirements of international standard ISO 14001-2004. Before-certification audit is planned to be done by LLC "TUF Nord" (Ukraine) in the second quarter of 2008.
