__Lutsky SU-536 was created on April 9, 1961, and on January 5, 1999 was renamed in connection with changing a pattern of ownership to OJSC "Lutsksantekhmontazh No. 536". The company structure includes twelve departments, seven of them perform construction and special installation works at the objects of Volyn oblast and beyond its borders. Besides, OJSC "Lutsksantekhmontazh No. 536" is the owner of LLC "Lutskspetsbud", LLC "Gorokhivagrobud" and the owner of a controlling interest of LLC "Zhytlobud-2" organization.

__OJSC "Lutsksantekhmontazh No. 536" includes mounting-procuring factory which makes ventilating boxes, non-standard equipment, metal structures, spools and preparations.

__For last years the enterprise has been changes from single-purpose, with 250 workplaces, to the collective which today totals almost 1600 builders of different specialties.

__OJSC "Lutsksantekhmontazh No. 536" is engaged in: manufacture and bringing together steel building structures, inhabited, public and administrative one- and many-storied buildings and constructions, manufacturing and installation of airing-pipes and chimneys, installation of technological pipelines, tank structures, and gas pipeline.

__OJSC "Lutsksantekhmontazh No. 536" staff has wide experience of work on installation of external and internal engineering networks, in particular: networks of water- , gas- and heat supplies, networks of heating and water drain with installation of pipeline armature, equipment and gas devices, as well as works on installing the systems of ventilation and air conditioning with installation of ventilating units and conditioners.

__OJSC "Lutsksantekhmontazh No. 536" mounts gas pipelines of low, middle and high pressure with installation of gas-distribution stations, gas-regulating stations and plants, performs passive protection of structures, as well as thermal insulator of pipeline and structure surfaces. The main customers are: OJSC "Lutsky Automobile Factory" as a part of corporation "Bogdan", OJSC "Lutsky Bearing Factory" as a part of corporation SKF, UKB of the Executive Committee of Lutsk, UKB of Volyn Regional State Administration, OJSC "Kovelmoloko", physical persons, housing co-operatives, collective agricultural enterprises, etc.

__Constant close communication with the former colleagues on construction branch and direct cooperation with the enterprises-manufacturers of modern materials and equipment allow "to hold a hand on pulse" updating of building, introduction of modern technological decisions and improvements of ergonomics and ecological safety of objects.

__OJSC "Lutsksantekhmontazh No. 536" participates in realization of nature protection projects in Volyn oblast on preservation and reproduction of natural riches of the land, programs of Chernobyl disaster overcoming. There were performed much work in the area of Shatsky National Reserve and its pearl - Svityaz Lake. OJSC "Lutsksantekhmontazh No. 536" staff made contribution to protection and preservation of ecosystem of Polissya.
