__Restaurants of trade mark "Ukrainian Lasunka" are located in the city centre: one - in the heart of Odesa - in Derybasivska Street, another - in Novoselskoho Street. The design of halls harmoniously combines old national traditions and modernity. Ethnography items were used for their decoration; they were gathered by particles in villages of the south of Ukraine.

__Special colour is provided by wall-paintings made by the well-known artist in national style.

__The restaurants have a unique collection of author’s ceramics and items of national applied art, some exhibits were presented to the Odesa museum of local lore. The trade mark actively participates in ethnographic exhibitions and folklore holidays which are organized by a museum; the set of cards "Ukrainian shirts of the end of 19th - beginning of the 20th centuries" from museum funds was published by common efforts.

__The basis of the menu of the restaurants is represented by the dishes of national Ukrainian cuisine prepared according to the ancient recipes.

__At "Ukrainian Lasunka" there is a tourist bureau. During a warm season the summer lounge functions. The restaurant in 17 Derybasivska Street is located on two floors. The first floor can take up to hundred persons, the second - up to forty.
