__Farming Economy "Yanis" has been created in 1992 by the founder and the head of an economy Anatoly Ignatevich Chornyi, his wife Natalia Vladymyrivna and son Sergiy were involved to business. They are engaged in gardening business - a full cycle from a designing of a garden, caring, harvesting, preservation and realization of finished goods. Total number of workers is 8 persons, during the seasonal period additional workers are involved. Ground area is 58,8 hectares (rented), including the first quarter which occupies 23,9 hectares, the second quarter - 29,9 hectares, the farm land - 5 hectares. Saplings are grown up by a technique "Knip Baum" for own needs and realization. The economy specializes on cultivation of apple-trees, a pear trees, plum trees - sorts of all degrees of a maturity. The considerable attention is given to improvement of high-quality assortment, a cultivation of new clones of pears and apple-trees. Cultivation is made by an extensive method - about three thousand trees; the planting scheme: Wall-paper, the developed system of an irrigation, at a basis of trees it is applied herbicidal steam, in row-spacings it is grass lawn, distance in a row-spacing is 3-3,5 m, between trees it is 1m. Fructification turns out in a year of a starting a garden. Formation of a crone of trees "the French Axis" with cyclic cutting. Production is grown up on the system of integrated protection. Improving technologies of cultivation, care and storages of finished goods, the enterprise co-operates with Umansky state agrarian university (with the head of fruit growing chair, the professor, the doctor of sciences Alexander Vasylyovych Melnyk), with the chair of gardening of Kamianets-Podilsk agrarian university -on the basis of FE "Yanis" students have possibility to receive the first skills of practical gardening. For qualitative storage of production it is constructed refrigerator RGS ULO - gas medium with the low maintenance of oxygen of Polish manufacture. The volume of the camera is 100 tons, at the availability of five cameras. Production is calibrated and packed in cardboard containers until realization. During a year it is grown up more than 400 tons. We invite to favorable cooperation on production realization.
