__Namyak Dmytro Yevgenovych was born on September, 25th, 1971 in Simferopol in the families of employees. In 1993 has graduated form the Crimean institute of nature protection and resort building on a speciality "Industrial and civil building", having received qualification of the civil engineer. In 2000 has graduated from the Crimean national economic university on a speciality "the Finance and credit", having received qualification of the economist. Labour activity has started in 1993 as a master in spetsRBU-1 of the trust "Krymspecdiprorembud". From August, 1995 till August, 2000 D.Y. Namyak worked as the chief engineer fulfilling duties of the chief of MTC of the trust "Krymspecdiprorembud", and from August, 2000 - the deputy director on economy of the Industrial enterprise of plumbing economy of SCC.

__On January, 8th, 2004 Dmytro Yevgenovych has been appointed as a director of the Industrial enterprise of plumbing economy of SCC by the contract. In 2006 he was awarded a breastplate "Top-manager of Ukraine" .

__History of the Industrial enterprise of plumbing economy of SCC. The first attempt to build a waterpipe in Yalta registered in 1843. In April, 1872 the engineer Kozlovsky has laid a waterpipe for the population, water delivery of which has made 41 buckets a day, and in the summer - 30 buckets. In 1905 "Yaltaelektroprovod" was founded (the order № 1 from April, 27th, 1905), which in 1944 has been renamed in "Yalta trust of the Water canal" of the city branch of Municipal services (the order № 1 from April, 19th, 1944), in 1955 - in the department of hydraulic engineering constructions of SCC (the order № 1 from August, 22nd, 1955) . Since 1965 by the order oblast executive committe № 143 from February, 5th, 1965 the department of hydraulic engineering constructions of SCC began to be called as industrial department of IDPE, that in 1995 has been renamed into the Industrial enterprise of plumbing economy of SCC (the order № 33 on IEPE SCC from March, 1st, 1995) . A principal view of activity of the enterprise is gathering and accumulation of natural waters in water basins, clearings them to the quality of drinking water and deliveries to consumers of Southern Coast of Crimea, as well as a drainage system and processing of a waste. A pattern of ownership - nation-wide. IEPE SCC serves the networks of a waterpipe from Gurzuf to Foros by the length of the water drain of 660,9 km and 242,9 km. Sources of water supply of the Southern Coast of Crimea is local sources and two water basins - Zahorske and Schaslyve, located on northern slopes of mountains. Water delivery from Schaslyve hydroknot is carried out by the waterpipe 1000 mm to the Northern portal of the Yalta tunnel. Water of the sources located on northern slopes, arrives to the water cleaning station through a tunnel . Potable water distribution is carried out by the system of waterpipes from Gurzuf to Foros and further through the reservoirs on water supply systems of Yalta and resort settlements. The coast is broken into 5 zones of water supply, each of which has own tanks, networks and constructions. On relief conditions, length of networks, presence of grounds and treatment facilities, water drains of a drainage system of Big Yalta are divided into districts. A drainage system serves to 13 sewer pump stations. Reconstruction on the terms of carrying out of modernization of out-of-date manufactures is carried out. For the pass on round-the-clock water supply, the question about increase in capacity of water-purifying station that will allow to reduce potable water losses has been solved. Contracts on scientific and technical maintenance are concluded with the account of standards which are accepted in the European Union, - the certificate № 0032 Brussels Belgium 2004. For the purpose of maintenance of ecological safety of manufacture water a curtain installation is entered into repayment of a chloric wave. Enterprise activity is awarded:

__- the Diploma to labour collective of IEPE with entering on a city Honour roll (2005);

__- The diploma to labour collective of housing and communal services with entering on a regional Honour roll (2006);

__- the Diploma of housing and communal services of Ukraine (2005);

__- the Certificate of quality of water (2004);

__- "Belgium CMRC";

__- the Diploma "Building industry - energy saving" (2004);

__- the Diploma of the Laureate of National competition "Higher test".

__Development prospects, business offers

__For the purpose of maintenance of steady functioning of a territorial complex of Yalta (system of state drinking water supply and system of industrial water drains according to "Offers on improvement and reconstruction of systems of water supply and the water drain of Big Yalta 2010") and prospect by 2026

__The Industrial enterprise of plumbing economy of SCC developed such measures:

__- building of the tunnel water line from the Southern portal 2,2 km (13 million hryvnas);

__- building of another threads of water line from Zahorsk to Schaslyve water basins 6,3 km (15,8 million hryvnas);

__- Escalating of a dam of a water basin "Schaslyve" (7,1 million hryvnas);

__- reconstruction of WC - productivity escalatings to 150 т м3 (10 million hryvnas);

__- major repair of an operating tunnel water line of 2,2 km (14 million hryvnas);

__- maintenance of full house account of the expense of water (3,2 million hryvnas).

__The Estimated cost of urgent actions on water supply systems is 81,64 million hryvnas. The basic directions to perfection and developments of industrial water drains:

__- modernisation of the system of a drainage system, a rerun of the amortized collectors and a network, reconstruction of pump stations;

__- increase in length of deep-water releases. Maintenance of standard qualities in a zone of sea water use;

__- prolongation of deep-water release of Simeyiz constructions to 3,7 km (12 million hryvnas).

__The program supposes a wide explanatory work at mass media, edition of brochures and propaganda leaves for the purpose of belief of the population in importance of the account of potable water, struggle against sources and an irrational expenditure of water. Financial Program maintenance is carried out at the account of means of the State budget (target subventions), budget of ARC, the local budget, as well as means of IEPE SCC received from share participation of builders and an investment component, included in the tariff for water supply and a drainage system.
