__Agency "Vepol" is the first Ukrainian Agency of intellectual property, works at the market of patent services since September 10, 1992. The professional kernel of the Agency consists of the qualified experts, whose activity in intellectual property sphere has begun in Soviet times.

__In present time experts of the Agency provide the qualified help in the area of right protection of intellectual property assets, including the inventions, utility models, industrial samples, signs for the goods and services, names of origin of the goods, bases, topology of integrated microschemes, domain names, as well as questions concerning licensing, cession of rights on of intellectual property assets. The patent attorneys of the Agency render services on protection of legal owners’ rights at illegal use of intellectual property assets, unfair competition including extrajudicial settlement of disputes; preparation, giving of claims, as well as business management at the courts, and administrative bodies.
