__Dr. Pakharenko-Anderson holds degrees in technical science, intellectual property and laws. She has been working in the intellectual property field since 1976.

__Dr. Pakharenko-Anderson is the President of the Ukrainian National Group of International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI) and a member of the Team of Specialists on Intellectual property of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UN/ECE). She is an active member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee of the International Trademark Association (INTA); member of the Anti-counterfeiting and Parallel Trade Team of the Association of European Trade Mark Owners (MARQUES).

__The company she manages, Pakharenko & Partners, has been winning top ranks in various market researches with regard to IP. In particular, since 2002 Pakahrenko & Partners has been ranked as a Tier 1 company in the field of patent and trademark prosecution and litigation in Ukraine in accordance with a survey conducted by Managing Intellectual Property magazine.
