__The Institute of Examination and Property Management is the leading authoritative scientifically-methodical centre of the South of Ukraine on vocational training and improvement of professional skills of appraisers. The institute provides educational, scientific, consulting and appraisal services since 1993.

__Institute has the License of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (АВ No. 048977 from 11.09.2006) and the Agreement with the Fund of State Property of Ukraine for educational and scientifically-methodical cooperation. The institute specializes on performance of the most difficult, unique and non-standard works on appraisal:

__• intellectual capital of the firm;

__• patents and licenses, industrial samples;

__• a know-how (secret of production);

__• signs for the goods and services;

__• objects of scientific and technical and economic developments;

__• objects of copyright and business reputation, goodwill;

__• computer programs and databases.

__At the institute there are 9 appraisers who have the considerable experience of teaching activity and more than 10 years of practical experience of appraisal of property and property rights. The professional contribution of many persons deserves certain gratitude. Among them there is a teacher of the institute S.V. Malykh, a Candidate of economic sciences, a senior lecturer, and experience of appraisal activity sine 2001, an expert on appraisal of industrial intellectual property. The owner of 8 patents for inventions, the author of 23 publications, 11 manuals, 6 monographies, the participant and the lecturer of national and international conferences.

__The appraiser of the institute Y.Y. Yulianova among the first appraisers of Ukraine has received specialization on appraisal of cultural values: author’s works in the sphere of literature and art; architectural, historical, art monuments and monuments of art, non-material active of which is connected with original technics of performance, manufacturing techniques, implication in outstanding persons or events, etc.

__Under management of teachers for more than 10 years of vocational training of appraisers, scientific and appraisal activity by graduates of the institute there has been conducted over 1000 works on appraisal. The certificate of the subject of appraisal activity No. 3059/05 from 09.03.2005.
