__Motor show "Shafran": "Together to a dream!"

__Mykhailo Grenyo was born in Uzhhorod. In 1980 he finished physical faculty of Uzhhorod State University, and then department of law of post-graduate re-training. He worked as a teacher, master of production education, deputy of director of professional technical school, inspector, head of department and deputy of the head of regional management of professional technical education.

__In 1991 he founded small private enterprise "Krokus MG". In the process of production activity he created eleven commercial firms that became the founders of the concern "Krokus MG".

__Number of the firms engaged in sales of automobile technique is increasing everyday, representing various trademarks at the market. Today there are many firms in Zakarpattia that have over 10 years of history and large client base, and at the same time they are reliable partners and friends of their clients and are always ready to help. Concern "Krokus MG" is an official dealer of Mitsubishi Motors in Zakarpattia. In the beginning the enterprise chose one of the most beautiful flowers that directs to the sun through snow and ice in spring - crocus or saffron as the symbol of the concern. Like saffron the enterprise also directs to the highest aim and proudly bears the title of the leader. Thus, the concern was the first in Zakarpattia that offered and keeps realizing full range of services on realization and servicing of automobiles. You can get maximum at minimal cost, and that shows true leader of motor-car sphere in the region. The president of the concern "Krokus MG" Mykhailo Grenyo believes that "selling automobile we sell not only a vehicle, because an automobile for each our client is an original dream that comes true".

__In 2002 the concern began cooperation with "Trade house "NIKO" Ltd., an official Mitsubishi importer to Ukraine. Having become an official dealer of this powerful company, the enterprise opened motor show "Mitsubishi" in 2004. The enterprise always keeps to necessary dealer standards both in automobile sales and their servicing. And that, in its turn, leads to constant perfection of all directions of activity: personnel training (passing of special trainings and seminars), provision of material and technical base (building of new blocks, purchase of the newest equipment), direct and fast delivery of motor-cars and original spares, accessories, development of new strategies of work with clients, etc. The most innovative is sphere of servicing, because modern automobile as a result of the newest technologies must be served with the help of the newest equipment by professionals.

__Service centre "Shafran" carries out almost all kinds of work: jobbing and capital repair, technical service and computerized diagnostics, flattening and painting of automobiles, setting of additional equipment, etc.

__Secret of qualified service in "Shafran" is a result of many factors, the main of which is qualified personnel. It consists of the best technical specialists, who are also very tactful to the clients.

__During all 2006 company-importer of Mitsubishi Motors in Ukraine held social poll of servicing clients, and determined a unified index of clients’ satisfaction with service of each of Ukrainian dealers (CSI). We are very glad that our firm representing Mitsubishi in Zakarpattia enters the list of five best dealers in Ukraine, occupying honoured second place.

__Presently the concern "Krokus MG" plans full reconstruction of motor show and service station, expansion of the territory, leading of the building to European standards, training of new shots. Organization of personnel work is not less important: right allocation of responsibilities, development of corporate culture and skill of management stuff to work as a team. Our actual task in the process of present growth is introduction of unified standard work system on all levels: in building of motor centre and keeping to the standards of internal identification, development of the programs of client loyalty, logistics, marketing, etc.

__M. Grenyo tells: "The main index of success of any company is the result of its activity and properly organized work. Concern "Krokus MG" is not an exception, and we are very glad to represent those achievements that we got in the end of this year. Increase of automobile sales in 2006 is 192 % as compared with 2005".
