__Closed Joint-Stock Company "Argon" was created on the base of Luhansk regional road department for provision of regional road economies with road signs, signs of route orientation, breast rails and barriers, and original equipment. Gradually it determined its main directions: metal processing, production of metal constructions, and welding of ferrous and non-ferrous metal. Presently the enterprise has rather small (40 workers) but friendly and industrious collective that can solve the whole range of production problems that life puts. They are not quitters, they try to find the ways of their solution as quickly as possible. Undoubtedly, the guidance will manage to realize plans of technical re-equipment of "Argon" and introduction of new technologies and materials for this.

__Frequent changes of title have considerably less influence on production process and life of the collective, when they are guided by the same people, when there is no cardinal change in strategy and tactics of production. Fortunately, "Argon" can be an example of mentioned above. Since 1989 Mykola Boltov is the leader of the cooperative at first, and then of joint-stock companies.

__What does a human being need to be happy? To do his favourite job, have perfect family that will always support him, and to have his mantle fall upon his sons. Corresponding member of Academy of Building of Ukraine and laureate of the prize of M. Budnykov Academy of Building of Ukraine Mykola Boltov has everything mentioned above. And new finds, achievements and wins wait for him in the future…
