__When a large enterprise is headed by a young, perspective and competent person, who is accompanied by the same team, the mood of the whole company changes. Premonition of the coming changes, new looks at work organization, new interesting projects appears in correspondence with strong rhythms of modern life.

__The year of 2002 became a u-turn in the life of Mykola Danyleiko, because the personnel of OJSC "Kredmash" elected their new president. Hopes of quality changes in enterprise’s fate were connected with this new president. And the stockholders elected him.

__New work needed energy, initiative, diplomacy in many matters, compromise and… special knowledge. Thus, a new leader received the second education, now in economy; he studied on the international courses of economy and marketing in Kyiv. Without these studies he could not become a head of a new formation.

__Twenty years passed since M. Danyleiko came to work in this enterprise. Recently he was given the title of the veteran of labour. He is proud of this title not less than of the other higher distinctions. One can be sure: life of Mykola Danyleiko is connected with "Kredmash" forever.

__It is worthy to pay your attention to this enterprise at least because of its unique position at the market of road technique. There is no such production in Ukraine and the CIS countries. Not a single national producer did not started production of such complicated machines for 55 years during which Kremenchuk asphalt mixers conquer wide spaces of many countries of the world.

__Today OJSC "Kredmash" is a leading producer of road technique in spite of increasing competitiveness. This authority is received by stable international relationships and distinctions: title "Best national producer", "Leader of ecological work in 2005", Leader of the industry", prestigious award "Star of Palmyra" for support of Euro-Asian integration and strengthening of international economic and cultural relations. OJSC "Kredmash" was listed among the winners of the regional level of quality contest "100 best goods of Ukraine".

__Certificates of correspondence to international standards became the visiting card of the enterprise because of considerable growth of technical, ecological and exploitation standards. Kremenchuk machine builders have them, because they work in accordance with the system of quality management ISO acknowledged in the whole world. The enterprise succeeded to harmoniously adapt to market relations. The enterprise stably works due to its experienced staff of 3000 workers, team of professional specialists and competent guidance.

__Not full list of traditional costumers includes clients from Russia, Byelorussia, Kazakhstan, Georgia and Azerbaijan. Propositions of tight cooperation come from the countries of Eastern Europe and Near East. Technique of OJSC "Kredmash" takes part in building of international transport nodal point in Europe. Kremenchuk asphalt mixers were perfectly used in Near East region: Syria, Afghanistan and Jordan. It is also impossible to forget about wheel technique, because the enterprise carries out serial production of gritters and watering machines on the base of KrAZ, ZIL, motor tar sprayers, watering fettling machines, bitumen machines, tank trailers, that became popular not only at the markets of Ukraine but also in Algeria, Liberia, Georgia, Azerbaijan and many other countries.

__The portrait of this indescribable enterprise would not be full without social aspect. Not every enterprise allows itself to be engaged in social sphere and spend the lion’s share of profit. "Kredmash" is a pleasant exception. The guidance does not even have a single thought about leaving their workers without kindergartens, sport complex, Palace of Culture, rest house, children’s camp and hospital because of any economic problems in the country. Everything is kept, developed and is an object of pride of plant’s workers.
