__Today Crimean anti-plague station of Ministry of health of Ukraine under the guidance of the professor Oleksandr Khaitovych is the only specialized operative state establishment of such type. The structure of the establishment consists of epidemiological and bacteriological laboratories, laboratory of furnace ecological systems monitoring and administrative department; 13 specialists with higher medical and biological education work there, in particular, one doctor of medical sciences and one extra-mural post-graduate student; 7 specialists have qualifying categories.

__The main aim of Crimean anti-plague station of Ministry of health of Ukraine is provision of consultation-methodical and practical help to the organs and establishments of Ukraine dealing with the territory sanitary protection from contamination and spread of quarantine and especially dangerous infectious diseases.
