__Anatoliy Ponomarenko

__First deputy of the chief state health-officer of Ukraine

__He is director of Department of state sanitary-epidemiologic supervision of Ministry of Health of Ukraine. Honoured doctor of Ukraine and candidate of medical sciences.

__Author of about 50 published works, now he works over doctoral thesis.

__А. Ponomarenko has been working in Ministry of Health since 2004: first on position of the deputy of director, and since May, 2005 - as the director of Department of state sanitary-epidemiologic supervision.

__He was appointed the first deputy of the chief state health-officer of Ukraine by the decision of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in December, 2005.

__Anatoliy Ponomarenko coordinates work of establishments of state sanitary-epidemiologic service of Ministry of Health of Ukraine, scientific establishments of hygienic and epidemiologic type on the questions of organization of service work and realization of state sanitary-epidemiologic supervision.

__А. Ponomarenko develops suggestions in relation to perfection of structure of state sanitary-epidemiologic service, current sanitary legislation, and pays considerable attention to development of hygienic and epidemiologic science.
