__Our city and the resort site "The Pavlovs’ House" is located just in right place. Good coast, sand, a small pebble for massage of feet, pure water, distance from the working enterprises, civil car parking, a park zone around, and also rooms to which Turks could easily add numerous stars, increasing their cost … But we do not do it. Our motto: "Conveniently, favorably, reasonably" reflects our economic initiative and concept. Those who have visited us at least once become our dear visitors, and some of them - almost relatives.

__And it is true, though with a smile. The resort-hotel centre changes, grows and gets better very fast. Good friends take part in updating process with pleasure. They tell where and what they saw interesting in the field of service, bring rare culinary recipes and almost ridiculous jokes. They give of swans and peacocks to the resort.

__I and my wife own "Recreation Base of the Pavlovs" near Luzanovskyi beaches of the city of Odessa, in 10 meters from the first sea wave. Keeping up to date, considering experience of foreign analogues and own, we have pulled down all wooden structures of barrack-type and have created modern buildings with hot and cold water, sauna, phone, every possible conveniences. The rooms have conditioners, refrigerators, TVs. A modern designer works on decoration of rooms and lanes between buildings.

__The most important thing is that despite expensive reconstruction we keep our prices almost at the same level.

__It attracts people. During a season the base is overcrowded, the parking place is full. Besides foreigners - former "Soviet" people who nowadays live in different countries - come here with pleasure. They like that service has reached the level of resorts of Turkey, Cyprus, and the prices are more accessible. Special requirements should be to the personnel and its selection. We have specialists who can contact, easily find the same language with visitors of any socially-public level. Many aspects depend on them, what mood and what memories our visitors will take home and whether they will want to visit us and our base again.

__We also take into account possibilities of visitors, preferential discounts for regular clients, possibilities of transport meeting at the beforehand order, organization of buffet tables, breakfast, and supper for two-three categories of clients. The edition of memorable booklets about rest, a farewell nominal souvenir from "Recreation Base of the Pavlovs". This all, as a rule, is pawned in pricing. Business is business, but the person should leave with belief that he is waited.
