__Ukrhydroprojekt is the lirgest organization in Ukraine that specializes in designing and consulting services in the field of hydro and water economy developments.

__According to designs of Ukrhydroprojekt, a cascade of 6 hydro power plants was built on the Dnieper river, of total capacity 3779 MW, with the multipurpose reservoirs (Kahovka HPP, DniproHES-1, DniproHES-2, Dniprodzerzhynsk HPP, Kremenchuk HPP, Kaniv HPP, Kyiv HPP and PSPP). A cascade of hydro power plants on the Dniester river (Dubosary, Dniester HPP-1 and HPP-2) was developed, of total capacity 790 MW. The Dniester pumped storage power plant is being built which, after completion, will be the largest in Europe - 2268 MW.

__Among the completed projects designed by Ukrhydroproject there are a lot different developments meant for water supply to industrial regions of Donbas, Kryvyi Rih and Slobozhanschyna, electric transmissions lines, communication lines, projects for industrial and housing purposes that became an integral part of the Ukrainian national economic complex.

__Having successfully entered the world market, Ukrhydroprojekt, in the short period of time, proved the high level of its specialists and competitiveness of its services, and demonstrated its fruitful cooperation with colleagues from Austria, Switzerland, Russia, China, Romania and other countries. For the last 10 years, specialists of the company have been fruitfully working at hydro projects in Vietnam.

__With participation of Ukrhydroproject, some hydro power projects were developed in Mexico, Brazil, Iraq, and Turkey.

__Recently, design works on a large hydro power plant in Venezuela started. On the whole, Ukrhydroprojekt took part in designing of different projects in 21 countries. Ukrhydroprojekt is certified after ISO 9001:2000 European Quality Management System.

__Having necessary practical experience, equipment, company’s structure, highly skilled personnel, Ukrhydroprojekt successfully carries out design work for hydro and water economy projects at the modern level, with introduction of effective technical solutions that provide for time and cost savings, as well as optimization of the projects’ operating conditions.
